Alternatively the users/buyers can perform an advanced search using keywords, from the shortlist to choose a consultant of their choice, selection can be based on proximity of location, price for service, rating of the consultant. Rating of the consultant is based on the numerous feedback and ratings provided by registered users that have used the services of that specific consultant.
You can pay with any of the following Maestro, MasterCard, American Express or Visa card. Card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. It may be necessary to re-confirm your security number for data protection reasons.
We accept internet orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, the 3.0 version or higher for Internet Explorer and Firefox. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection
We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
On successful payment, the buyer will be notified of their successful payment. Subsequent to a successful payment the buyer will be given the schedule and availability of the consultant for the next 2 weeks. The user has the option to either select a one hour slot, if the consultant is available, over a two week period, or the user can split the one hour time slot into a maximum of three 20 minute time slots and make reservations on the consultant’s time schedule.
If the consultant has no availability over the two weeks an email can be sent to the consultant requesting for any available time slot, clearly requesting either a maximum of three 20 minute sessions or a minimum of a single one hour time slot, for their services along with the users0 own time and date of availability. The consultant will respond with the availability to the user.
All services will be tracked for consistency and legal purposes. During the consultation period the user will be connected to the consultant over a free chat session and the service will last for an overall of one hour.
If the user wants to extend the services of the consultant, the user will have to go through the process of payment and then select the available time slots from the consultant’s schedule i.e. in other words the above mentioned ordering cycle will have to be repeated.
The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in US dollars. Prices of services, displayed in and ordered through, the Directory are final and non negotiable for online services.
Prices for short and long term could vary based on the negotiation between the three parties: Admin, user, and consultant and the longevity of the agreed consultation period. Further details can be requested as enquiries that will be directed to the website admin.
Users must inform the website admin with their wish to cancel, in writing via website enquiries found in contact us within a period of 7 working days from their order request of service. If the consultant’s schedule does not show availability during this period of 7 working days then the website admin should be notified via website enquiries or calling up the local office for assistance.
If the user has requested for three 20 minutes time slots then the cancellation should be requested immediately after the first 20 minute time slot and not beyond the subsequent time slots. If you are unhappy with the level of service we assure you a refund, subject the terms and conditions of this website are adhered.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy
Under conditions such as consultants not being available due to unforeseen problems or if the consultant has opted out of this website’s services then there is no doubt that the User will be refunded the payment or can if they wish to do so select another consultant.
This option to re-select a consultant will be provided when User either forwards request via the website enquiry or by the website admin notifying you of this possibility.
This exception overrules the 7 working days clause mentioned in the above section.
If you have a complaint please, contact us by forwarding the Admin an enquiry with your complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
Customer Ratings And Reviews
User Ratings and Reviews of a consultant are very important. The consultant will be expected to offer a month of introductory service at no charge to enable validation of their service. During this introductory period the consultant will be evaluated based on the user feedback and testimonials. The consultant’s price will be based on the evaluation, feedback and their expected rates.
In order to buy an eVoucher you must have a registered account on QuestionBrain. The recipient of the eVoucher must have a valid email address. It’s possible to receive an eVoucher without having a QuestionBrain Account but it is not possible to redeem the eVoucher online without a QuestionBrain Account.
You can book delivery of the eVoucher upto 60 days in advance but payment will be taken immediately.
Please remember to enter the recipient’s email address carefully as we cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the eVoucher. Once you have placed your order online we cannot change the recipient ’s email address, cancel or issue a refund for your eVoucher.
Your eVoucher can be used by you if you are the purchaser or if it is given to you as a gift. You can use the eVoucher in full or part payment for Consulting services.
Your eVoucher cannot be en-cashed but can only be redeemed online for services.
The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on your eVoucher when presented; any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. Purchases and refunds outside the UK are subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate. Your balance will be updated after every purchase.
If the order value exceeds the amount of the eVoucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. If paying with an eVoucher and credit or debit card, your items will be charged at point of order.
Where goods purchased online, with an eVoucher, are subsequently returned the money owed will be refunded in the form of a eVoucher or refunded to the original method of payment. The eVoucher is not for re-sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. The eVoucher cannot be returned any change or refunds will not be given. The eVoucher will not be honoured if sold.
Buying or redeeming an eVoucher is subject to our normal Terms and Conditions and order validation procedures.

English will be used as the primary language for any consultancy service. The only exception is when the user and consultant mutually agree to use any other language of their choice within the consultancy chat window. All other communication outside of this chat session should be in English and no other language will be acceptable. .

This offer only applies to QuestionBrain Account holders. To qualify for this offer your friend must not currently be registered with QuestionBrain. Recommending a friend will entitle you for a voucher that could be redeemed during payments for new consultancy services.
New Consultant registration Rules
This incentive offer is valid for the first two weeks of the consultant registering into the QuestionBrain website. The incentive is valid until the date shown. This incentive period will also aid the users to provide testimonials and ratings for the consultants that will influence the price for the consultant’s service.
Incentive is only valid on orders placed at the time of new consultant’s registering for an account and posting a service. It will not be valid if the consultant’s account is created and active.
You warrant that you will not use the website services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose and that you will not submit any image that:
(a) is unlawful, pornographic, indecent, defamatory, offensive, obscene, otherwise objectionable or harmful to (or which depicts harming) children in any way;
(b) would constitute, assist or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or that would

Right to decline
QuestionBrain reserves the right to decline or reject any user/buyer or vendor/consultant at any point in time by the website admin or during registration to this website.

We reserve the right not to process your registration or your order of service request if we believe that you are using the website for such purposes and may expel you from this website. In such an event we will refund any payment made by you on pending orders.

We shall have no obligations with respect to such material. Activity, Availability and Timings
These are given as a guide only, and you may be required to wait between different elements of the activity alongside other users.
If We Cancel Or Change Your Activity
If we cancel your activity, we will tell you as soon as possible, and promise to do our very best to offer an alternative date. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your activity at short notice and re-book you. We reserve the right to reschedule the timings of any activity owing to unavailability of the consultant, chat facility issues, and other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to discontinue a consultant, at our own discretion. We will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative activity of the same value, however, if not we will refund you in full. If you decide to book a different consultant and the price of that consultant exceeds the face value of your Voucher or payment, you will be expected to pay the difference.
If You Need To Cancel Or Change Your Activity Booking
You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. We will do our best to fill the allocated space, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. You can send an enquiry to QuestionBrain admin via contact us and you will be advised accordingly, if you can rebook through the cancellation cover.
If you need to cancel your activity because of accidental injury/illness of yourself, or a death in your immediate family you should contact us with an enquiry or phone QuestionBrain as it may be possible to re-arrange your activity on presentation of a medical or death certificate.
